Dan and I plan to upgrade cumin to SL4 next week. Among other
things, this upgrade will make cumin happier with the new Python. On
either Tuesday or Wednesday morning, I'll back up the contents of
cumin's /{scratch,data} directories. Then I'll reinstall the box and
restore the data. We'll then make sure that all of the old tasks
running on cumin still function correctly in the new environment.

While we're working, cron-based monitoring (like the dCache health
check and some production-related scripts) will be offline.
