So far, I am not seeing reverse video problem.

For the time being, though, I am noticing that some jobs come out in 
duplicates or quadruplicates.

This behavior appears to be intermittent. I tried printing tex 
generated pdf files, arxiv generated pdf/ps files, scanned pdf files, 
with and without pdf2ps conversion and running through pstops filters.

The only trend I noticed so far is that usually, when I send many jobs 
at once, the first in the batch comes out in quadruplets.

It is not crippling, but it is wasting toner.
