The g7s are currently running x86. This isn't a big problem, but we
could make better use of their memory by upgrading to x86_64. This
has the added benefit of allowing us to move the CMSSW and SAM jobs
back to the g7s from g9n4*.

This upgrade can wait until the next convenient window (Condor
upgrade, dCache upgrade).
