Steve----pheno finally kicked the bucket earleir in the summer. Since I
was writing up/defending since then, I've made no investigations into why
it dies, r if it's recoverable, but I don;t think anyomne should need it
up anymore,

What's the status of pheno.physics.wisc.edu??
IIRC, it's alive but not on the net?
I'm leaving town tomorrow and busy today so
maybe early next week we should scarf the files
off it!
